Per questo l'Italia da anni sta finanziando lo sviluppo dell'energia pulita e non abbiamo badato a spese. I nostri sono gli incentivi più alti del mondo: nel 2010 raggiungono quota 3 miliardi e 200 milioni. E possiamo considerarci un «laboratorio», visto che le possibili forme di incentivazione le abbiamo sperimentate tutte, dal feed-in premium del fotovoltaico al Certificato Verde dell'eolico. E la corsa continua grazie anche al fatto che non abbiamo ancora un piano energetico nazionale.Files
