Santiago del Cile, al debutto degli anni Cinquanta. Alejandro Jodorowsky ha vent'anni e il desiderio di diventare poeta contro il parere del padre che lo sogna medico, ricco e borghese. Intrappolato nell'ennesima riunione di famiglia, recide (letteralmente) l'albero genealogico e ripara in una comune di artisti avanguardisti per coltivare finalmente il desiderio ardente. Ispirato dai più grandi maestri della moderna letteratura Latino Americana (Enrique Lihn, Stella Díaz, Nicanor Parra) e immerso nella sperimentazione poetica, Alejandro farà la sua rivoluzione culturale.

Con Poesía sin fin, Alejandro Jodorowsky invita lo spettatore al viaggio. Un viaggio introspettivo che pesca ancora una volta nella sua biografia e nel suo universo fantasmatico, dischiudendo la stagione rocambolesca dell'adolescenza e muovendo verso l'età adulta delle prime espressioni artistiche, dei primi turbamenti sentimentali.

Santiago de Chile, at the debut of the 1950s. Alejandro Jodorowsky is twenty years old and the desire to become a poet against his father's dream of being a physician, wealthy and bourgeois. Trapped in the tenth family reunion, he recites (literally) the family tree and repairs it to a community of avant-garde artists to finally cultivate burning desire. Inspired by the greatest masters of modern Latin American literature (Enrique Lihn, Stella Díaz, Nicanor Parra) and immersed in poetic experimentation, Alejandro will do its cultural revolution.

With Poesia until the end, Alejandro Jodorowsky invites the spectator to the trip. An introspective journey that once again fishes in his biography and in his fantasy universe, revealing the rocambolesque teenage age and moving to the adulthood of the first artistic expressions of the first sentimental turmoil.

An immense, bold and generous work, Poesia has begun where the "The Dance of Reality", chronicle of Chilean author's childhood, is interrupted.
