Batgirl e Batman riescono a interrogare un delinquente. Il caso è difficile e Batgirl/Barbara comincia a sentirsi coinvolta emotivamente, dato che uno dei boss della gang si invaghisce morbosamente di lei. Intanto il detective Bullock informa Batman di un omicidio di cui è accusato Joker che, nel frattempo, prende di mira il commissario Gordon: il suo obiettivo è fargli perdere il senno e per farlo, in un primo momento, spara a Barbara e la obbliga a stare sulla sedia a rotelle, poi lo guida in un tunnel degli orrori in un parco giochi e lo costringende a vedere le foto di sua figlia subito dopo l'assalto. Batman fa in tempo a salvarlo dalla pazzia e va ad affrontare Joker in prima persona.

Il film è tratto dal fumetto originale pubblicato nel 1988, scritto da Alan Moore e illustrato da Brian Bolland. Nel film tornano al doppiaggio gli attori che avevano dato la voce a Batman e al Joker nella serie animata degli anni '90.


Batgirl and Batman are able to interrogate a delinquent. The case is hard and Batgirl / Barbara begins to feel emotionally involved, as one of the gang's bosses morbidly invaded her. Meanwhile, Detective Bullock informs Batman of a murder he is charged with Joker, meanwhile, targeting Commissioner Gordon: his goal is to let him go crazy and to do so at first, he fights Barbara and forces him to Stand on the wheelchair, then drive him into a tunnel of horrors at a playground and force him to see his daughter's photos right after the assault. Batman is in time to save him from madness and goes face-to-face with Joker.

The film is taken from the original comic book published in 1988, written by Alan Moore and illustrated by Brian Bolland. In the movie, the actors who had given their voice to Batman and Joker in the animated series of the '90s returned to dubbing.
