Description
When an attack by the SWAT and the SWAT squad against the cartel ends in shooting, Constable Travis Hall of the SWAT captures a mysterious prisoner in custody. In a short time, the headquarters of the SWAT is besieged and attacked on all sides by assailants who seek to release the prisoner nicknamed "The Scorpion"
