NOTES:

Took both sources and went to work. cut 3 min off start of chisub til a good dark scene to make cut less obvious then cut sum from start of ru vid til that same dark scene then encode each piece seprately and matched framerate since they each had different framerates so the main part of the movie has hardcoded chinese subs throughout and sum english subtitles and does have occasional watermark across the top from sum chinese site, then we synced the chi audio to the chi vid since nobody else has bothered with it ( thanks bro for syncing it)  then we took both parts and appended them 2gether and this is the outcome..

V2 (this version) has sum of the same filters as V1 but with V2 we made added a few more filters to tweak it different they both look good to us so its up to you..
