In the east village, the twentysomething guy, Alex finally moves into this own apartment in New York City's East Village. Plot Summary

Note from Encoder:
Encoded with 2-Pass at 1,250 kb/s, includes extras plus audio commentary for all episodes. The audio/video quality isn’t the best for this show unfortunately as it never had an official studio DVD release, only the set produced by the show’s creator from scans of his own VHS copies (which is what I used as a source). Still, this is the best source available for a very unique piece of animation that would otherwise be lost to history so I used it even though it has some flaws. The worst of the VHS tracking damage was cropped out and I brightened, desaturated, and sharpened the image as far as I could without destroying the details in the background art which worked well but results vary from episode to episode.
