Euphoria è un teen drama creato da Sam Levinson per HBO con la produzione dal rapper Drake e del suo manager Future the Prince. La serie, adattamento dell'omonima versione israeliana, si apre con la morte di un adolescente nei pressi di un club: la tragedia è il pretesto per raccontare, con un salto temporale di un anno, le vite sfrenate, adrenaliniche e rischiose di sei ragazzi inquieti - Rue (Zendaya, Spider-Man: Homecoming), Nate (Jacob Elordi, The Kissing Booth), Cassie (Sydney Sweeney, Sharp Objects), McKay (Algee Smith, The Bobby Brown Story) Maddy (Alexa Demie, Ray Donovan) e Ethan (Austin Abrams, The Walking Dead), tutti alla continua ricerca di quella sensazione di euforia tanto difficile da provare a mente lucida. Accumulando segreti sempre più scabrosi, i protagonisti scoprono le conseguenze delle droghe, del sesso e della violenza, affrontando problemi di autostima, abusi fisici e psicologici, accettazione della propria identità e tradimenti. Il resto del cast include Maude Apatow (Girls), Barbie Ferreira (Divorce), Hunter Schafer (The Handmaid's Tale), Eric Dane (The Last Ship) e Storm Reid (12 anni schiavo).
