О фильме:

После похищения американскими военными мусульманского лидера Ахмеда Бен Талала, Нью-Йорк становится центром нарастающих террористических нападений. Энтони Хаббард, глава спецподразделения ФБР по борьбе с терроризмом, обращается к помощи агента ЦРУ Элис Крафт, специалиста по Ближнему Востоку. При еe содействии он надеется покончить с террористами. Но взрывы продолжают сотрясать город, гибнут сотни людей. Правительство США принимает решение послать армию на улицы Нью-Йорка. Вводится военное положение. Руководителем операции назначается генерал Уильям Деверо.
