[◯PMan] Joker Game Creditless Opening & Ending (BD 1080p FLAC)

 The NCOP is beyond starved. Heavy (and I mean ***HEAVY***) banding all over the video means that the only way to fix it is by destroying everything and foregoing all detail in darker scenes. I decided against that and instead used strong, but not overwhelming, debanding for the scenes that had the worst of it. Descaling was impossible outside of one scene at the end. The rest were AA'd and slightly dehalo/deringed. The NCED was much better; I just added a very thin layer of additional grain and encoded it as-is. It's so big because of a lot of very fine dynamic grain in the background, which I couldn't denoise without heavily blurring it (since the entire thing consists of textures). If I ever revisit it (which I won't), I might consider just denoising the crap out of brighter areas and leave the darker areas alone or something.
