Baba Sultan, 7 kişiden oluşan Deliler Birliği’ni Kuman’la birlikte Edirne’den Targoviçte’ye gönderir. Gökkurt, Çebi, Suskun, Adsız, Mübariz, Kongar ve Aşgar’dan oluşan Deliler Birliği, Romanya Prensi Vlad’ı infaz etmek için şatosuna giderler.
