Animusic HD [4K AI upscale Ver2 H265 AAC]

Animusic is a company that makes music with computer-animated videos to go along with the music. They have released 2 DVD music video albums and a blu-ray with their most popular videos re-rendered in 1080p.  This is their blu-ray, Animusic HD, upscaled to 4K with AI using Topaz Labs Video Enhance AI (which uses AI to upscale videos, resulting in clearer/sharper upscales than with traditional video editing software).

This is the 2nd 4K upscale of this that I have made.  I wanted to try to get better picture quality and a smaller file size.  Before upscaling, I deinterlaced the ripped video (using Handbrake) into a high-quality MP4.  Then I had Topaz Labs Video Enhance AI upscale the resulting MP4 to lossless PNG images.  Then I compressed the video to a very high-quality H.265 video, then recompressed it with Handbrake to H.265 at quality 21.5 to make it smaller.  The included MKV video file is compressed with H265 with AAC for audio.
