French Plot

Dans un futur alternatif, après des décennies de guerre, le monde a fini par arriver à une paix durable. Mais les Terriens ont désespérément besoin de retrouver un peu d'action. Pour apaiser ses citoyens, le gouvernement met alors en place un cycle de guerres d'un genre nouveau : celles-ci seront désormais organisées par des sociétés militaires privées: La Rostock affronte la Lautern dans le seul but de divertir la population. C'est alors que la dernière recrue à rejoindre les pilotes de Sky Crawlers se retrouve impliquée dans un nouveau projet militaire, visant à rendre les pilotes infaillibles : "Yuichi Kannami, es-tu un Kildren ?"...

Adaptation : de la série littéraire de 6 romans écrit par Hiroshi Mori entre 2001 et 2008
