Description
Encoded the series Psycho Pass into high quality MKV h.264 format with English, Japanese, and Director Commentary audio, along with English Subtitles as well.This v2 release has a little bit better debanding, slightly better detail retention, and is a little sharper/clearer.
I used the Japanese Blu-Rays for the video and Japanese audio because their video quality was FAR superior than the USA release.
