Description
This is a Remuxing of the English VIZ Dub Audio and SMC Subtitles (For SuperS) and VIZ Dub audio and Offical Viz Subtitles (For Stars), re-timed to fit with raws from the Italian Dynit DVD release of Sailor Moon, which were given a proper scan of the original remasters in their releases, unlike either the Japanese Toei Blu Ray or USA Viz Blu Ray Releases. Audio and subtitles had to be manually adjusted to sync with these masters as they had different timings than the film canisters Toei and viz later upscaled when producing their new post 2014 releases. No more botched Viz video. No more dreadfully DNRed and degrained upscales. I have tried my best to sync everything correctly. It won't be perfect, but it the dub should be within 1 or 2 frames margin of error 99% of the time. The DIC/Cloverway dub is NOT included in these releases. The Japanese Audio has been left untouched from the source and is included as is.
To do this properly, each raw was loaded into Premiere Pro and the dub audio track was then manually adjusted (on average, stretched by about extra 40 frames, though it varied from episode to episode) to properly sync with the sub while still preserving quality. This was a pain in the keyster to do for both seasons (74 Episodes total when you include the SuperS special), but I've been working on this for 5 months now, so here we are.
The ITA DVD encodes were taken from the beautiful but often forgotten BunnyHat Release:

Don't let their small size fool you. BunnyHat is an extremely experienced encoder in the community and did an excellent job when they ripped these. No amount of bitrate is wasted, and plenty of grain was preserved. Of course, if someone wishes to rip these audio tracks and mux them with a newer encode of the same master at a later time, you are welcome to do so. This is intended as a one time release, and I don't plan on releasing a v2 unless there is a very serious error identified. The Extras for SuperS and Stars were also included in the batch from this release.
All of Episodes 128-200 use these as a video source. I also used their source for the SuperS Special since it appears that other releases were still using a questionable 1080p quality upscale version, rather than the proper film scans that the other 3 films and the Ami's First Love special later received, so the Hour long SuperS Special is also included here. (THE FIRST MINUTE OF THE SPECIAL HAS NO DUB, SO SUBTITLES WILL PLAY BY DEFAULT BEFORE THE AUDIO SWITCHES! THIS IS NOT AN ERROR!)

I recommend the Har0n releases to pair with this set for a complete set of the series with dual audio and proper scans of the masters. I believe they've either used the Madmax AU DVDs (which also used the Italian Master, or the Italian Master directly):
