Now that I am more comfortable with the tools I am using and, principally, got a nice cooler for my CPU, I can make more encodes anytime. ### I didn't applied any pre/post processing! ### That is, except for a yadif deinterlacing proccess when splitting the chunks to ffv1. For the animated content I did yadif on mode 0, for the real life content I did yadif on mode 1. That's it, no more pre/post processing. Extracted the videos from the ISO using MakeMKV (this carries over the chapters from the disc as well), split the episodes and other things that needed it using mkvmerge (from MKVToolNix) based on chapters, encoded them to AV1 using NEAV1E, muxed in the subtitles using MKVToolNix and finally typed in all the tags, naming and relevant info on every file. They all have names, the audio, video and subtitle tracks also have names, everything has the language flags (Japanese for the audio and video, English for the subtitles and chapters), all the first audio, video and subtitle tracks have the "default" flag, and this time I named the files after the episodes and contents. I like the idea of having files tagged with my name (like on my Magical Nyan Nyan Taruto release) but it can look kinda messy, so I only added my tags the folder name this time. I didn't ripped the menus this time because the menus for these discs are so well done, it's all animated and interactive, and if I had just gotten a frame of every element like I did with the Magical Nyan Nyan Taruto one, a lot would end up being lost. So, since I can't make these menus justice when ripping them I decided not to include it this time. Planning on doing Kodomo no Jikan next, the full series, once I find where I stored the ISOs...
