This great war adventure features favourite actor Michael Caine ("Deathtrap" - 1982)
along with Robert Duvall (As Counsel to the Don in "The Godfather" - 1972) and even
Donald Sutherland - ("Eye of the needle" - great movie from 1981 - we even have our

The story revolves around a bid to capture Winston Churchill as a ploy to negotiating
better peace terms perhaps? And so a band of German soldiers led by Michael Caine
paratroop onto British soil where they fall in love with the locals and manage even a
heroic act of saving a child in one instance in any event. These folks are ultimately
related after all if you study their historical roots and cultural ties surely.
