French Plot

Les Réplicants sont des humains issus de la bio-ingénierie conçus par la Tyrell Corporation pour servir dans les colonies de l'espace, leur force faisant d'eux des esclaves idéals. Après une série de violentes révoltes, leur production a été interdite et Tyrell Corp a fait faillite. L'effondrement des écosystèmes au milieu des années 2020 a favorisé l'essor de l'industriel Niander Wallace. Sa maîtrise de l'agriculture de synthèse a évité la famine. Wallace a racheté ce qui restait de Tyrell Corp et créé une ligne de Réplicants obéissants. Nombre d'anciens modèles, les Nexus 8, sans durée de vie limitée, ont survécu. Ils sont traqués et "retirés". Ceux qui les traquent portent toujours le nom de… BLADE RUNNER…
