I lost so much time trying to fix it! Like really? WTF was up with that? Did they upscale then Deinterlace? Who knows. Either way it took me ages to fix. I finally just settled on a kitchen sink approach. I tossed everything I could at it till it finally looked decent. Oddly enough I wound up using a combo of FFMPEG filters to fix it, Similar to what I had to use on 'Kanokon', it had a similar issue. I still don't think it's perfect, but it's pretty damn good, plus "Mr. Kimiko" seems to think it's fine, so all good. Anyways enjoy this absurdity.
