Una Famiglia Al Tappeto, film diretto Stephen Merchant, segue la storia dei Bevis e in particolare dei più giovani, Saraya (Florence Pugh) e Zak (Jack Lowden). I Bevis sono una famiglia inglese molto unita, ma totalmente fuori dal comune: sin da bambini i loro figli sono stati spronati e incitati dai genitori, Julia (Lena Headey) e Ricky​ (Nick Frost), a risolvere le loro discussioni lottando, invece che "civilmente"...questo perché sono tutti dei wrestler.

Quando Paige e Zak, noti nel circuito britannico di wrestling con i pseudonimi "Paige Knight" e "Zodiac", ormai raggiunta la giusta età vengono contattati per partecipare ai provini del World Wrestling Entertainment, la lega di lottatori più importante al mondo, un entusiasmo generale coinvolge l'intera famiglia. Solo Paige, però, viene selezionata dalla WWE e per realizzare il sogno della sua vita si vede costretta a lasciare Zak e i suoi genitori per affrontare il programma di allenamento competitivo in Florida.

Giunta in America, la ragazza si trova in difficoltà nell'adattarsi alle regole e allo stile della WWE, soprattutto perché deve contare solamente su stessa. Paige non è completamente sola in questo nuovo mondo; accanto a lei c'è un coach molto particolare, il mitico The Rock (Dwayne Johnson), che le darà le giuste dritte non solo per adeguarsi al sistema americano, ma anche per trovare la sua identità sul ring. Riuscirà la giovane a dimostrare cosa la rende diversa e a diventare una star del wrestling?
