Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, il film Marvel diretto da Ryan Coogler, non vedrà il ritorno del compianto Chadwick Boseman nei panni di T’Challa / Black Panther. Dopo la morte di T'Challa, il regno di Wakanda piange la perdita del suo amato re. Con la dipartita di Black Panther, però, la nazione finisce nel mirino delle potenze mondiali, pronte a invaderla e impossessarsene, ma la vera minaccia non arriverà dalla terra, bensì dal mare. Namor (Tenoch Huerta), il re di Talokan, è pronto a iniziare una guerra contro Wakanda per vedere esteso il suo dominio anche in superficie.

Sarà compito di degli eroi di Wakanda, riuniti grazie a War Dog Nakia (Lupita Nyong'o) ed Everett Ross (Martin Freeman), lottare per riportare la pace e la tranquillità nel regno e forgiare insieme alla regina Ramonda (Angela Bassett), Shuri (Letitia Wright), M'Baku (Winston Duke), Okoye (Danai Gurira) e le Dora Milaje, quello che sarà un nuovo cammino per il loro regno.
