Description
Tetris, film diretto da Jon S. Baird, racconta la storia di uno dei giochi per pc e altri dispositivi divenuto una vera icona tra i primi videogiochi. In particolare, il film si sofferma sulle battaglie legali sulla proprietà di Tetris, scaturite dopo il suo successo in piena Guerra Fredda.
Henk Rogers (Taron Egerton) scopre Tetris nel 1988 e decide di puntare tutto sul videogioco viaggiando in Unione Sovietica, dove unisce le forze con il suo inventore Alexey Pajitnov per riuscire a portarlo all'attenzione delle masse. Basato su una storia vera, "Tetris" è un thriller ambientato all'epoca della Guerra Fredda, con personaggi 'cattivi' che fanno il doppio gioco, eroi improbabili e una corsa avvincente fino al traguardo.
