Plot
After the long hibernation, the bear Ernest wakes up hungrier than ever. In search of money to buy food, the mouse Célestine invites her friend to resume playing the violin on the street, but inadvertently breaks the instrument. The only way to repair it is then to go to Ernest's homeland, Charabie, where the luthier who made it still lives. Ernest and Célestine arrive in Charabie, where they discover that a law prohibits music and any form of entertainment. To enforce the rules we think above all the very rigid judge, father of the same Ernest, who tries in every way to bring his son to his side. But who is, instead, the mysterious masked hero who defies the edict and pushes the population to free themselves from the power game?
