[◯PMan] Jikan no Shihaisha Creditless Openings & Endings (BD 1080p HEVC FLAC)

 I said on my [old release](https://nyaa.si/view/1416884) that if someone gave me the BD NCs, I would encode them. Lo and behold, here they are. The BDs are immensely starved, and highly temporally unstable. I simply blasted them with denoisers, trying to reduce the blocking and help force the filesize down a bit. The BDs are smaller than the average already, so the NCOP still ended up around the same sze as the m2ts. Curiously enough, this show actually seems to be a Hermite upscale (720.0p for the ed, 945.0p for the OP). This is the first (and honestly will probably be the last) time I've ever seen a studio use Hermite to upscale a show. Either way, it looked really bad. Besides that, I did some very strong regraining. Don't expect anything great, this show is likely doomed. Requests are welcome, but don't count on me to follow through with yours from the get-go.
