This is a scrub of the TV-Nihon translation of the Kamen Rider Decade net movies with a large amount retranslated by RiderTime on footage taken from the DVD. The extended cuts of Net Movies 1 and 25 are also included in this release as well.
This video is hardsubbed 480p 8-bit H.264. There is another torrent with a softsubbed 480p version.
