О фильме:

Пак Тон-вон очень рад: он купил квартиру в новом доме и переезжает, вот только теперь он везде натыкается на неприятного соседа Чон Ман-су. И хотя тот замечает трещины в здании, а в некоторых квартирах пропадает вода, никого из жильцов это особенно не тревожит. Когда на следующее утро после вечеринки с сослуживцами в честь новоселья жена и сын Тон-вона уходят в магазин, а сам он просыпается в компании оставшихся на ночь коллег, их новенький дом вместе с невезучими жильцами (в том числе с ненавистным Ман-су) внезапно проваливается в глубоченную дыру
