О фильме:

В 1978 году маленькая Мэри сходит с ума после того, как она жестокого убила своих родителей. Она была заперта в психиатрическую лечебницу на долгие годы, пока однажды, ее не изнасиловал один из охранников. После того, как родился ее мертвый ребенок, она нашла способ убежать из лечебницы, вырезав по пути почти всех работников. На пути к бегству полиция выпускает в нее несколько обойм, прежде чем Мэри умирает. Этот случай породил праздник под названием Кровавая ночь, когда молодежь собирается вместе, чтоб предаться разгульному веселью. Но дух Мэри возвращается в мир живых…
