Although the project never came to fruition, a pilot film was produced and later included in the Persia LD-BOX. The kappa design was reused in Persia. Staff, according to the handbook from the Persia DVD-BOX: storyboard and direction - Kobayashi Osamu, animation direction - Kawauchi Hideo, character design - Takada Akemi. There are rumors that Itou Kazunori and Mochizuki Tomomi were involved as well.
