Dr Natalia Spierings deals with a chunky keloid, Dr Emma McMullen tackles a pair of cysts nicknamed Tweedledum and Tweedledee, and Dr Adil Sheraz's patient Sarah struggles with excruciating injections to the sole of her foot.
