Sorairo Utility

This fifteen minute anime is centred on three school girls; Haruka, Ayaka and Minami. It follows them as they play a round of golf. Haruka and Ayaka are experienced but Minami has only recently started playing so understandable she has quite a bit of catching up to do. Her ball seldom does where she wants it to but still she is determined that by the end of the game she will have got one par hole.Given that this anime consists of a single fifteen minute episode it isn't surprising that nothing too surprising happens. That said it does a fine job introducing the three girls and showing their game of golf. The characters were likable and by the end one is likely to find oneself willing Minami to get her par. The animation and character designs are pretty good. There is some post-game conversation in the bath but this is very mild fan service; nothing likely to offend anybody. Overall I enjoyed this; the only disappointment being that it is just one short episode. If it is ever expended to a full series I'd watch.
