Il settantacinquesimo Festival di Sanremo si svolge al Teatro Ariston di Sanremo dall'11 al 15 febbraio 2025 con la conduzione e la direzione artistica affidate a Carlo Conti, il quale aveva già precedentemente ricoperto tale ruolo dal 2015 al 2017 e nuovamente anche per l'edizione 2026; nel corso delle serate è affiancato da vari co–conduttori e co-conduttrici, tra cui Antonella Clerici e Gerry Scotti nella prima serata, Bianca Balti, Cristiano Malgioglio e Nino Frassica nella seconda serata, Miriam Leone, Elettra Lamborghini e Katia Follesa nella terza serata, Mahmood e Geppi Cucciari nella quarta serata, Alessia Marcuzzi e Alessandro Cattelan nella serata finale.


All'inizio della terza serata si sono esibiti i restanti quattordici dei ventinove Campioni con il proprio brano in gara, votati dalla giuria delle radio (50%) e dal pubblico a casa tramite televoto (50%). Al termine delle votazioni sarà stilata una classifica provvisoria degli artisti in gara, dove verranno annunciate le prime cinque posizioni, senza ordine di piazzamento.


Di seguito, si sono esibiti i due artisti finalisti della sezione "Nuove proposte". Le esibizioni sono state votate dalla giuria della sala stampa, TV e Web (33%), dalla giuria delle radio (33%) e dal pubblico a casa tramite televoto (34%).

Nel 2025 la trasmissione dell'evento sarà seguita dal programma DopoFestival, incentrato sul meglio delle serate e sulle reazioni delle esibizioni degli artisti e degli ospiti del Festival. La trasmissione andrà in onda dall'11 al 14 febbraio 2025 con la conduzione di Alessandro Cattelan con un cast composto da Selvaggia Lucarelli, Anna Dello Russo, Alessandra Celentano e gli Street Clerks.
