Durante un'immersione subacquea Ken e Jeannie, due giovani fotografi, vengono catturati da strani esseri anfibi dalle umane sembianze ricoperti di squame e condotti in un laboratorio situato sul fondo del mare, regno sommerso di uno scienziato, loro creatore, che intende minacciare i potenti della Terra con un esercito di uomini-pesce.




While covering a test of guided torpedoes, two reporters believe they saw what appeared to be a strange-looking swimming creature. They investigate the matter further and discover that there is a race of fish-men living under the sea. The fish-men capture the pair and keep them prisoner in their underwater city.
