Plebs is a hilarious British sitcom that follows three ambitious but clueless young men—Marcus, Stylax, and their lazy slave Grumio—as they navigate life in ancient Rome. Desperate to climb the social ladder, find love, and simply survive, the trio's everyday lives are a relatable mess of failed schemes, awkward encounters, and terrible decisions.


The series is a witty and anachronistic comedy, using modern humor and language to lampoon historical events and the mundane struggles of ancient Roman life. Through their misadventures, the boys try to make a name for themselves in a city filled with togas, gladiators, and far too many togas.
