NOTES:

* Demuxed video only with main m2ts (no commentary begins with the padded altitude logo and it's unnecessary to add it), done with latest dgdemux w/ merge dovi, DV contains cm v4.0


* Audios also came from GBR UHD, as the GBR 5.1 audio is the same as GER, FRA and others, with same DR and also true 24 bit after converting to flac. USA Blu-ray had an anomaly with L/R channel boosted on the beginning, so went the GBR one


* UHD had the forced (it has all the lines) at 100% brightness, so I had to tonemap it to same % as the SDH pgs (which is all tonemapped, containing all the forced lines). The best US spelling for SDH was the Lionsgate USA Blu-ray one, as the german had SDH with onomatopoeia (arf arf instead of dog barking, etc) and it's a terrible sub (font wise and formatting wise), lionsgate however had two flaws, one it didn't had one forced line and second, it had a repeated line with a forced one missing (this flaw is also on the webs like amz and mubi which use the US regular sub), so both were swapped (1 for the forced on the US and 1 for the older GBR title) and tonemapped to same %, srts also have this corrected. Discarded the french sdh pgs as it was meant for the french dub, all other pgs were synced tonemapped to same %. Srts also synced. Named chapters adapted to the P/I-frames of the UHD with one added end credits.
