Together they use their combined 80 years of experience in the motor trade, to find and repair classic cars to their client's brief and budget.Mechanic Sheldon does the deals and sorts the oily bits while bodywork expert Peter makes sure the cars look as good as they should.The pair add desirable modernisations and bring the bodywork up to scratch, delivering the client their dream classic - with hopefully enough budget left over to make a small profit on the job!

The programme follows mechanic and classic car enthusiast Sheldon Nichols as he tries to find his clients’ dream cars within their tight budgets. Be-it a feisty little Fiat or a classic Capri, Sheldon has his nose to the ground and always manages to find something close to what they are looking for. But without bags of cash to play with there’s always work to do to get the cars ready for the road. This series Will Trickett (Flipping Bangers), who helped on some jobs in the previous series, will step up to be Sheldon’s new partner and turn potential nightmare buys into people’s dream cars.

Sheldon and Will are hoping a 1969 Ford Corsair will be a dream car for retired postal worker Chris. Oil leaks, rust and a respray promise to make things tough
Episode 2 Triumph Stag
Can Sheldon and Will turn a 1976 Triumph Stag into a dream car for retired head teacher Simon? They contend with a leaky gearbox, a cracked dash and worn-down seats.
Episode 3 VW Scirocco
Sheldon and Will take on a 1991 VW Scirocco, a car client Billy had to give up for his fledgling family. They investigate the cause of a smoky exhaust and uncover a major rust problem
Episode 4 Mercedes W123
Taxi driver Tim wants a Mercedes W123, but Sheldon and Will may have bitten off more than they can chew with a replacement clutch and shonky gear selector
Episode 5 Vauxhall Wyvern
Sheldon and Will look for a dream car for 1940s enthusiast Deb. A 1949 Vauxhall Wyvern fits the budget, but a barely running engine is just one of many challenges
Episode 6 Lancia Beta
Sheldon and Will attempt to turn a Lancia Beta into a dream car for client Howard. With a full respray required and braking issues to fix, have they taken on too much?
