Les réfugiés sont accueillis si, et seulement si, ils survivent au jeu de téléréalité « Immigration Game ». Abandonnés dans la banlieue de Berlin et livrés à eux-mêmes, ils doivent rejoindre la tour de télévision qui se trouve dans le centre de Berlin le plus vite possible, sans se faire tuer par les citoyens allemands, autorisés à les persécuter. Joe, déjà citoyen, va être contraint malgré lui de participer à ce jeu mortel.
