Ben Aronoff miał wszystko: sławę niepokonanego mistrza prędkości, przyjaciół wśród gwiazd, milionerów i najważniejszych amerykańskich polityków. Nie wiadomo co go bardziej kręciło piękne kobiety, szybkość czy wielkie pieniądze, ale na pewno jego wielką namiętnością były łodzie. Kiedy stworzył szybki model z którym żadna łódź nie miała szanse szybko zaingerowali się nim narkotykowi baronowie. Wielkie pieniądze sprawiły że Ben rozpoczął interesy z mafia które choć zyskowne bardzo szybko okazały się również wyjątkowo niebezpieczne.
