OPIS
Funkcjonariusz Mike Chandler (Nicolas Cage) mieszka Chesterford, z pozoru spokojnym i niczym niewyróżniającym się miasteczku. Jego ukochana żona niedawno zmarła na raka, a to było dla niego ogromnym ciosem. Od tego czasu policjant ma ogromny problem z wyrażaniem swych emocji. Jego relacja z córką również nie należy do najprostszych. W dodatku okazuje, że dziewczyna niedawno zaszła w ciążę. W Chesterford żyje także nastolatek Kenny Ralston (Michael Rainey Jr.), pospolity uczeń szkoły średniej. Pewnego dnia ich drogi krzyżują się, gdy dochodzi do napadu na bank, którego dokonuje niebezpieczna grupa dobrze wyszkolonych, uzbrojonych mężczyzn.
