Notepad to make relevant notes

Description

Whether you are an independent freelancer or a small business owner, sooner or later you will be in a situation when you will need to sign a contract with another party, be it for provision of certain services or sale/purchase of certain goods.

Regardless of whether you require certain services to be provided to you or are the one providing them, or whether you are buying or selling goods you need to have your interests protected.

No matter what is your situation if you are just starting a business you will most likely be in a position when a third party provides you contract and asks you to sign it. Without legal background you are unlikely to spot any provisions not in your best interest. Moreover, if you are just starting your business you are unlikely to have enough finances to have the contract reviewed by a lawyer.
