[LM] Dragon's Heaven [DVD AI Upscale to 1080P HEVC - LQ]

This is using the same source file that I used for this version... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wmqvquge654 I used the DVD iso rip to get the highest quality source footage that was publicly available. Two different programs were used to upscale it, DandereWAIFU2X was run multiple times in succession on the Anime portion to get a 7k upscale. Topaz AI Video enhancement was used for the Live action portion. From playing around with this for a while I was able to make some assumptions about how the DVD was made... It looks like the anime was transferred directly from the original filmscans over to the DVD then messily converted to 29.97fps at 720x480i. The Live action segments appear to have been transferred from some other medium, the intro was pretty clean, probably transferred from LaserDisc or some sort of archival quality analogue media. The credits and directors commentary seem to be a VHS or BetaMax transfer that was filmed on a budget camera with a dirty lens. The device they used for the scrolling subtitles appears to be causing strong chroma shift so I'm guessing it's a VHS based device. Because my 4tb hdd died during the process causing me to restart half of it, and use Data recovery techniques on the other half, this took me about a month and a Half to do. I still need to clean up the transition points between the 4k and 7k footage and maybe do some work to resync the audio better. This is a basic rescale down to 1080p, heavy denoising was used to decrease the filesize; Thanks to this and the face that I used Dandere to save time, some artifacts have been generated. I'll soon be making a HQ version and a 4k version...
