[COM3D2_EN] Custom Order Maid 3D2 English Vanilla Repack R2

This repack is based on the English version of Custom Order Maid 3D2 v1.08.1 (Nutaku R18 version) which means it comes with the R18 patch preapplied. This is a VANILLA REPACK, meaning there are no mods or uncensor preinstalled. You have to install them yourself if you wish. See the installation procedure for details.
