This is my first torrent upload! WHEEEE! This torrent contains all of the known 3DS ROMS that I've converted from .3DS to .CIA for your convenience. These are intended to be run on an actual 3DS with Luma3DS CFW. Google is your friend if you want to learn how to convert a CIA back to 3DS for use with an emulator like Citra, though sometimes installing the CIA into Citra works as well. Regions: EU USA JP There are some English patched games (at least one) here and there, but the regions are mostly inclusive to themselves. If there's a game missing that you want included let me know and I'll try and add it in, otherwise they're all on archive.org here: https://archive.org/details/nintendo-3ds-complete-collection and here: https://archive.org/details/nintendo-3ds-complete-collection-pt2. If you want to download it all from archive.org I'd suggest using something like JDownloader2 because the torrents posted there aren't complete. Click "SHOW ALL" and c/p https://archive.org/download/nintendo-3ds-complete-collection or https://archive.org/download/nintendo-3ds-complete-collection-pt2 into JD2.
