01 Die Hard 1988.

New York cop John McClane flies to Los Angeles on Christmas eve to spend the

holidays with his family. He arrives at the Nakatomi corp. building for his wife's

office party. International terrorists take over the building and hold every one as

hostage to steal $600 million of bonds from the vaults of the building. Now its up

to McCLane to face the terrorists and save his wife and the other hostages.

02 Die Hard 2 Die Harder 1990.

A year after his heroics in L.A, detective John McClane (Bruce Willis) is mixed up

in another terrorist plot, this time at Washington Dulles International Airport,

where he is waiting for his wife (Bonnie Bedelia). That same night, South American

politico and drug profiteer Ramon Esperanza (Franco Nero) is arriving in U.S.

custody. McClane takes action when a treasonous ex-colonel (William Sadler) seizes

control of the airport, threatening to crash every inbound flight unless Esperanza

is freed.

03 Die Hard With A Vengeance 1995.

Detective John McClane (Bruce Willis) is now divorced, alcoholic and jobless after

hostage in a lethal game of "Simon Says" and refuses to speak with anyone but

McClane. Teaming up with a street-savvy electrician named Zeus Carver

(Samuel L. Jackson), McClane dashes through the city, trying to stay one step ahead

of a murderous plot.

04 Live Free Or Die Hard 2007.

12 years after after John McClane stopped Simon Gruber, he's back with a problem

which is going to be more difficult and personal than ever before. An organization

of Internet-based terrorist led by Thomas Gabriel. They are taking control of

everything in America from their computers and slowly taking over the country.

Accompanied by Matthew Farrell, one of the hackers who accidentally assisted the

villains in setting up the system, McClane must both find Gabriel and help prevent

him from taking over America completely. Gabriel knows McClane's on his way, and

will make it as personal as possible, which means involving McClane's daughter,

Lucy.

05 A Good Day To Die Hard Extended 2013.

John McClane learns that his son Jack, whom he hasn't spoken to in years, is in

Russia and was arrested for killing someone. When the Russian prosecutor talks to

Jack he claims to have information that could help convict a man named Komarov who

is going to be tried. McClane arrives and proceeds to the Russian courthouse where

Komarov's going to be tried. When he arrives there's an explosion that levels the

courthouse. Jack takes Komarov and they escape, McClane shows up and Jack is not

happy to see him. The men who bomb the courthouse chase Jack. McClane follows and

helps Jack. Jack then picks him up then they go somewhere, where McClane discovers

that Jack is a spy and he was suppose to get Komarov because it seems he has

evidence against a corrupt Russian official who was behind the bombing. When he

agrees to give them the evidence in exchange for his freedom and daughter's, the

men find them. So McClane and Jack have to get the evidence and get out of Russia.

When they go to meet the man's daughter, McClane senses something is not right.
