This is a 2021 Korean disaster film. Its Korean name is "싱크홀," also known as "Waterhole" and "Water Hole." Note this is widely billed as a comedy, but it's not.

Park Dong-won (Kim Sung-kyun) and his family move into a condominium purchased after 11 years of labor. They throw a housewarming party and invite their friends. A heavy overnight downpour creates an extremely big sinkhole, and in a mere minute, it engulfs the entire building with the people inside it. Deep down the hole, Park, his neighbor Jeong Man-soo (Cha Seung-won) and the guests have to find a way out. As luck would have it, rain again begins to pour down, filling the sinkhole with water. They must find out a solution before time runs out.

I downloaded the source file "1080p.WEBRip.AAC5.1.x264-Imagine" and used its video & subtitle streams, but not the audio since it was clipped/distorted; using the audio from "1080p Korean FHDRip HEVC x265 BONE", I then...
- Made numerous corrections from the very rough, typo-ridden subtitles
- "Softened" subtitled profanity (bastard --> jerk, damn --> darn, bitch --> wench etc.)
- Used Subtitle Edit (by Nikolaj Lynge Olsson) to find and fix various general subtitle issues
- Corrected other commonly-found typos
- Watched the film and made fixes/corrections/rewrites to the subtitles for spelling, grammar, and timing
- Re-processed the film using Handbrake to add the subtitles as "soft" subtitles (not burned into the video)
