[◯PMan] BTOOOM! Creditless Openings & Endings (BD 1080p FLAC)

 Gotta clear up our FTP of all the random stuff I've hoarded over the years, so gonna be doing a few more OPMan encodes. Filterchain includes rescaling, DPIRing to deal with all the heavy blocking, chroma shifting one scene in OP1 (0:42-0:47), decsize, strong debanding, graining (strong dynamic grain over specific ranges, see python script). There's still quite a bit of banding left, but I couldn't fix it further without destroying a lot of background detail and I've got a bunch of BDMVs to power through, so I don't want to get stuck on any singular show for too long. If you want to make improvements, my scripts are public below. Requests are welcome, but don't count on me to follow through with yours from the get-go.
