Notes: Upscaled releases have a bad reputation, mostly because many people use bullshit settings and leave the encoding part to Topaz who use (quite literally) the worst encoding parameters possible. This release however uses a fine-tuned model and encoding was 100% done by me, not Topaz' shitty x264 preset.
