Super Size Me
Several legal suits have been brought against McDonald's Restaurants that they are knowingly selling food that is unhealthy. Some of the court decisions have stated that the plaintiffs would have a claim if they could prove that eating the food every day for every meal is dangerous. As such, documentarian Morgan Spurlock conducts an unscientific experiment using himself as the guinea pig: eat only McDonald's for thirty days, three meals a day. If he is asked by the clerk if he would like the meal super sized, he has to say yes. And by the end of the thirty days, he will have had to have eaten every single menu item at least once. Before starting the experiment, he is tested by three doctors - a general practitioner, a cardiologist and a gastroenterologist - who pronounce his general health to be outstanding. They will also monitor him over the thirty days to ensure that he is not placing his health into irreparable damage. He also consults with a dietitian/nutritionist and an exercise physiologist, the latter who also deems him to be above average fitness. As it mimics the lifestyle of those who eat fast food, he will also do no exercise for the thirty days, limiting himself to under 5,000 steps per day (the approximate equivalent of 2½ miles). These health and medical experts have some predictions about his general health and wellness by the end of the experiment. His vegan chef girlfriend also has some predictions about how this experiment will affect his mood and therefore their relationship. As he goes through the experiment, he speaks to a number of people - many experts in their respective fields - on the pros and cons of the fast food lifestyle. Just over halfway through the experiment, it is evident that even the experts can be wrong, and not in a good way.

◎获奖情况 (共1项) 第77届奥斯卡金像奖 (2005) 最佳纪录长片(提名) └──摩根·史柏路克 (id:1040752)VideoID : 1Format : AVCFormat/Info : Advanced Video CodecFormat profile : [email protected]L4.1Format settings : CABAC / 4 Ref FramesFormat settings, CABAC : YesFormat settings, Reference frames : 4 framesCodec ID : avc1Codec ID/Info : Advanced Video CodingDuration : 1 h 38 minBit rate : 2 500 kb/sWidth : 1 920 pixelsHeight : 1 080 pixelsDisplay aspect ratio : 16:9Frame rate mode : ConstantFrame rate : 24.000 FPSColor space : YUVChroma subsampling : 4:2:0Bit depth : 8 bitsScan type : ProgressiveBits/(Pixel*Frame) : 0.050Stream size : 1.72 GiB (92%)Writing library : x264 core 152 r2851M ba24899Encoding settings : cabac=1 / ref=4 / deblock=1:-1:-1 / analyse=0x3:0x113 / me=umh / subme=9 / psy=1 / psy_rd=1.00:0.15 / mixed_ref=1 / me_range=24 / chroma_me=1 / trellis=2 / 8x8dct=1 / cqm=0 / deadzone=21,11 / fast_pskip=1 / chroma_qp_offset=-3 / threads=16 / lookahead_threads=4 / sliced_threads=0 / nr=0 / decimate=1 / interlaced=0 / bluray_compat=0 / constrained_intra=0 / bframes=3 / b_pyramid=2 / b_adapt=2 / b_bias=0 / direct=3 / weightb=1 / open_gop=0 / weightp=2 / keyint=250 / keyint_min=25 / scenecut=40 / intra_refresh=0 / rc_lookahead=50 / rc=2pass / mbtree=1 / bitrate=2500 / ratetol=1.0 / qcomp=0.60 / qpmin=0 / qpmax=69 / qpstep=4 / cplxblur=20.0 / qblur=0.5 / vbv_maxrate=31250 / vbv_bufsize=31250 / nal_hrd=none / filler=0 / ip_ratio=1.40 / aq=3:1.00Encoded date : UTC 2022-02-22 19:58:27Tagged date : UTC 2022-02-22 19:58:27Codec configuration box : avcCAudioID : 2Format : AAC LCFormat/Info : Advanced Audio Codec Low ComplexityCodec ID : mp4a-40-2Duration : 1 h 38 minDuration_LastFrame : -11 msBit rate mode : ConstantBit rate : 224 kb/sChannel(s) : 2 channelsChannel layout : L RSampling rate : 48.0 kHzFrame rate : 46.875 FPS (1024 SPF)Compression mode : LossyStream size : 158 MiB (8%)Language : EnglishDefault : YesAlternate group : 1Encoded date : UTC 2022-02-22 19:58:27Tagged date : UTC 2022-02-22 19:58:27
