In 1957, a young boy named Jason drowns in a lake near Camp Crystal Lake. The next year, two counselors are murdered. In 1980,

a descendant of the original owners reopens Camp Crystal Lake with some counselors' help. The counselors gets killed one by one

by a mysterious person. Could it be Jason, out for revenge?

W roku 1958 w obozie nad Crystal Lake doszło do brutalnego morderstwa dwoje nastolatków. Sprawcy nie złapano, a obóz zamknięto.

Kilka lat później teren ten wykupuje Steve Christy, który na nowo chce otworzyć obóz, nie wierząc w prześladujące okolice obozu

złe fatum. Zaprasza do niego kilkoro nastolatków na wypoczynek. Niestety, z czasem zaczynają oni znikać. W bardzo mroźną i burzową

noc, nastolatki muszą walczyć z tajemniczym mordercą, z tym samym który w 1958 był sprawcą morderstwa w obozie.
