v2: Fixed ep 1 GJM subs due to my mistake and typos identified by motbob in GJM subs for eps 2/3/10

JPBD encode with GJM subtitles and retimed CR dialogue with GJM TS. GJM subtitles are from the git batch in case of any updates. OP in eps 1/2 was corrected with the final version. NCEDs were remuxed for the ones where the encode would have been larger than the src.
