Fushou Akiyama Yukari no Sensha Kouza (Akiyama Yukari's Tank Corner) is encoded with `--preset 4 --crf 35 --qm-min 0`. We employed our Normal-Boost Multi-pass per-scene encoding system targeting SSIMULACRA2 scores averaging above 85 while minimizing standard deviation (outliers) to ~1-3 for everything except the Tank Corner OVAs.
