English Description: The video track is sourced from subtitled US Blu-rays, which contains a new remaster that is way superior to the QTEC mess we had on the older Japanese Blu-rays. The video from the Discotek Blu-ray is actually 540p upscaled to 1080p using a bicubic filter, so I descaled it back to its original resolution and then upscaled it to 720p with a better algorithm (I'm guessing the guys at Discotek weren't too happy with how overly-sharp their AstroRes upscale turned out, so they resized it down to 540p in order to blur-out all the artifacts). This show's masters were originally stored on Composite tape, so even though the American Blu-rays are only 540p, they were still able to remove most of the tape artifacts without destroying all detail, unlike the Japanese Blu-rays which end up blurring out everything but the sharpest lines.
